  • What is Posh Baby Box?
    We're so happy you asked! Posh Baby Box is a one-time annual subscription box that you receive on a quarterly basis. For one year only, you'll receive a curated box for the age range of baby. It starts as a "newborn" box, which would be a lovely baby shower gift and then you'll receive another box every quarter. Every quarter, the boxes change to match with the baby's age. First box is curated for 0-3 months, then 3-6 months, 6-9 months and lastly, 9-12 months old. Once the year is done, your subscription is done. You will not be charged an annual renewal. You also have the option to purchase a one-time box at any age range of your choice! Each box will carry between 7-10 baby items, all of different categories. We strive to find products from all around, from small business owners to big companies. We want to bridge the gap of brand awareness and unite our customers of everything that is around to be offered. We don't disclose what is being offered since our brand is to use the element of surprise in the purchase process and fun of receiving one of our boxes!
  • What will be in my box?
    You will receive between 7-10 items designed for the baby at their age range. Part of not disclosing the items is to keep the element of surprise for the customer! Please see examples of our past curated boxes to get an idea of what will be included in your box.
  • When will my Posh Baby Box be shipped?
    As of now, Posh Baby Boxes will be shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    At the present moment, shipping rates are a fixed price of $12.99.
  • What is your return policy?
    We provide a 14-day return policy. Please reach out to us at to offer more information and help resolve any issues!

    What do I do if my order comes damaged? There is a problem with an item I received. I have a problem with tracking my order. What if my order is being shipped to the wrong address? Can I make any changes to my order after I already paid for it?   • What if the box I want is sold out?
    We will offer a pre-order option where you can place an order and we'll notify you once it comes available. If timing is of importance to you, I would suggest that you reach out to us at and we'll make it our priority to satisfy your request!
  • I filled out a survey, does this mean that the boxes come customized?
    At this moment, we're not offering customized boxes but we look forward to fulfilling this request in the future.
  • Can I purchase only one box?
    Yes, we offer a one-time purchase to any box of your choice. You'll have to choose from a box from the age ranges of 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-9 months, or 9-12 months old. All boxes are curated for the age range of your choice!

  • Do you ship internationally?
    As of right now, we don't offer this option but we look forward to doing this in the future. We would love to expand our brand worldwide and we thank you for your patience during this process.
  • What happens if my payment card gets declined?
    If we cannot successfully charge your card, your order will be placed on hold. You will receive an email notification from us to update your billing information as soon as possible. We will attempt to recharge the card again at a later date.
